Lily Cole

I'm Lily Cole, a proud Richfield native driven by a dual passion for fitness and fostering meaningful connections with others.

 

Over the last 19 years, my dedication has been to the intricate world of classical ballet. Every step of my ballet career has helped to shape me into the personal trainer I am today. I gained so many valuable skills such as how to condition my body not just to handle hours of rehearsal but also for everyday life, which inevitably helped me in so many other areas such as my posture, my endurance, and a noticeable increase in my generalized quality of life. I had to learn to be very in tune with my muscles which gave me a detailed understanding of how the different parts of the body work together. Because of this I had been able to feel muscular imbalances within myself and I now look for these in each client. Adjusting workouts to retrain these imbalances is important in helping to alleviate aches, pains, and discomfort in daily life as well as injury prevention!  I have been able to hone in on this alongside my certified personal training studies and now I apply it in the gym when working with my clients to achieve their fitness goals. Throughout my whole experience I learned how vital taking care of your body is through movement, exercise, and nutrition, as well as creating a healthy mindset around all of it. I am truly excited to be able to share this now with others!
